Description

Because of the cancellation of the Summer Session on-site, we are offering the units for the off-season rate for anyone who wants to visit the grounds and Chautauqua Lake.  There will be guidelines established before you arrive and the group would need to adhere to these guidelines while on the grounds.  There may even be temperature or tests done on each person at the gate.  There will be no charge for entrance into the grounds but there will also be limited services, so will need to check the website.  We will abide by the cleaning guidelines of the CDC and will charge additional for that cleaning after your stay.

Off-season rates are $2900/wk and $450/nt with 4 night minimum + cleaning/tax/deposit.

We do not allow smoking, pets, or service animals in or around the units.

This unit is on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution and each person will need to purchase an entrance ticket for the length of stay during the Chautauqua Season.  There is one parking spot provided with the rental but any other vehicles will need to be parked off-site. The Sunset unit has a master with a bathroom that can be shared or used for the master alone with a king size bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds the third bedroom has a queen size bed with an additional bathroom to share. The main second floor has two bedrooms, one with two extra-long twin beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. We have one and half baths on the main floor. The second story porch is yours to enjoy. The side of the house has a grill available. The unit sleeps a maximum of ten.   This unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house and is complete with many amenities. -2nd floor queen bedroom - 2nd floor bedroom with 2 XL twins -3rd floor king  w/ en suite -3rd floor queen bedroom -3rd floor bedroom w/ 2 XL twins -3 1/2 Bathrooms -Full front porch -Washer/dryer combination - Sitting/TV area -Full kitchen with granite countertops and large fridge -Total of 5 bedrooms/3 ½ baths. 5% bed tax and $1000 refundable deposit is in addition to the total fee calculated on this site.
