Unit #2 is completely booked for the 2024 Season. 

                                 
Unit #2 (2nd and 3rd floors) sleeps 10.  The 2nd floor has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 king) one full and one 1/2 bath, complete laundry facilities, a full kitchen, dining area, and large family room.  Unit #2 also has a wrap-around porch with eating area for the private use of unit #2 guests.  The 3rd floor has three bedrooms (4 twins and 1 queen) one full and one 1/2 bath, and an open family room with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views towards Lenna Hall, McKnight Hall, and the new music school.

Both units have access to an outside grill, streaming TV apps, wireless hi-speed internet and air conditioning. 
Upper unit has first choice of onsite parking for one vehicle with purchase of Chautauqua Institution on-site parking pass.

For large family gatherings the entire house can be rented (9 bedrooms/4 full baths and 3 half-baths).

Unit #2 rents for $4,600* per week during the Chautauqua nine week season. Off season rental is available at certain times of the year at rates markedly less with a four-night minimum stay. Please visit the website below for many pictures, detailed information and a calendar showing availability:
