Unit #2 — Second & Third Floors

Sleeps 10 | $4,800/week*

With five bedrooms, 3 baths, two family rooms, and a private wrap-around porch, Unit #2 offers plenty of space for larger families and groups.

The second floor has two bedrooms (one king and two twins), 1½ baths, a full kitchen and dining area, a large family room, and complete laundry facilities. A private wrap-around porch with an outdoor dining area provides a wonderful additional living space during the Chautauqua season.

The third floor features three bedrooms (one queen and four twins), 1½ baths, and an open family room with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views toward Lenna Hall and the School of Music.

During some weeks, Unit #2 has access to an on-site parking space. Please inquire about parking availability before booking.

Included with Both Units

Both units are air-conditioned and include high-speed wireless internet, streaming TV, use of an outdoor grill, and weekly cleaning.

*Rates do not include applicable taxes. A 5% Chautauqua County occupancy tax and 8% New York State sales taxwill be added to the weekly rental rate.
