It has a fully appointed kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting area, bedroom with 2 twins. A/C unit, ceiling fans in sitting room and bedroom, new stainless-steel cookware, new small appliances, Smart flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi service. Semi-private porches for our guests to enjoy spectacular sunsets and views of Chautauqua Lake.

This is a full season rental with pricing negotiable with weeks of stay. Stay 30-days or longer and there is no tax!
