Centrally located ground-level rental unit at Chautauqua Institution located between Bestor Plaza and the lake, plus a level walk to the Amp.  Situated behind the Post Office & Bookstore; 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; full kitchen with dishwasher, wall A/C unit.

Living Room: Queen fold-out couch.
 
Enjoy the open living room and kitchen which allows for an entertaining space.  Common area lobby with stairs leading to the laundry and storage.  Community-friendly front porch and bike parking out front.  Towels, linens, toilet paper and paper towels provided.  The Longfellow building now offers WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE and the condo has DirecTV and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc). 
 
Significant improvements made during 2020 and 2021 include new furniture, bathroom, painting, a wall-mounted flat-panel TV, hardwood floor installation, among others.
