Description

The Englewood TREEHOUSE occupies the entire 3rd floor of a newly renovated historic building (2018). With 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Central Air, Washer/Dryer, vaulted ceilings, skylight, dine-out porch, two large house- length porches with four porch accesses, fully equipped kitchen, and Victorian revival decor.

Located in the heart of the historic Chautauqua Institution, only two doors from the Amphitheater, which hosts the majority of programming throughout the summer season, The Englewood House has been in operation as a boarding house since its founding in 1876.

This historic structure was converted into six new apartment spaces, while preserving the exterior of the historic Victorian house. The Treehouse is located on the 3rd floor (walk-up) and boast splendid views above the homes glimpsing the lake, the Amphitheater, and Bestor Plaza and Downtown Chautauqua. The living space features new appliances, hammock, gas 'woodstove,' A/C and ample porch spaces.
