Central Chautauqua Institution one bedroom split* apartment which is located 1 block from Bester Plaza (center of Chq Inst.) and two blocks from the Amphitheater. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a private porch.

 ·      The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 side tables w/ lamps, wardrobe, and A/C.

·       The large living room has a sofa, 2 lounge chairs, desk with computer chair, coffee table, cable TV, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, and A/C. The full sofa can be used as a pull-out couch with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

·      The well-equipped eat-in kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size gas stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, plenty of storage space, and ceiling fan.

·      The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, standing shower, additional storage, and two windows for cross ventilation.

·       The private porch face Miller Ave. and is appointed with an outdoor dining table and several comfortable chairs

·        A Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with the rental

·        Building amenities include WIFI, complementary shared communal laundry, bike parking, and full size Weber gas grill

 *Split: The apartment is divided by a common hallway that serves other units. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are connected. The living room for this unit is directly across the common hallway.
