Our three properties are open during Chautauqua's 9-week summer assembly season. We are located at 25 Roberts (Shaw House) & 23 Roberts (Bird-Werner Bldg.) and 28 South Terrace (Westervelt House), just steps from the Amphitheater, Bestor Plaza, and trams.
· 48 rooms, some with half or full baths
· 2 first-floor apartments, each equipped with a kitchen and full bath
· Rates range from $248.00 to $780 plus tax per week.
· Housing available by the week, from Saturday to Saturday
· Guests may stay a maximum of three weeks each summer. Note: This is subject to change year to year.
· Check-in time is between 2:30 pm; checkout time is 10 am
· Elevator access to all Bird-Werner floors. Shaw & Westervelt require 2-9 steps (if using elevator)
· Fully equipped community kitchens
· Comfortable porches
· Ceiling fans
· Wi-Fi
· Linens provided for a small additional fee
