Well-appointed, modern, quiet 1-bedroom condo just steps from the Amp

The Longfellow is located in the heart of the Institution on Roberts Ave, steps from the Amphitheater, Library, and Brick Walk Café. Unit 3B is on the 3rd floor, where there are no disturbances from adjoining units, especially those from above. Occupants enjoy fresh air, sunlight, and cool breezes. Fully air-conditioned. A queen bed plus a single fold-out couch sleeps three. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, and an assortment of plateware and cooking utensils. WiFi is available throughout the building; renters may provide their own television streaming devices or use the provided Roku guest device. 

We share the entrance lobby, upper and lower porches, and a coin laundry. When two or more weeks are requested, contact us for discounted rates.

Last-minute rates may be available; rates include the recently-enacted mandatory 13% taxation that covers a myriad of local taxes.

$1695 per week: Due to the NEW NY state and county short-term rental laws, the rate is $1,500/week plus mandatory taxes (13%). This helps cover the required state sales tax and county occupancy tax. 

Week 9 is automatically extended for an additional five days after the end of the season, which allows visiting local attractions like the National Comedy Museum, the Kinzu Dam, the Lucille Ball Museum, and even a day trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Shaw Theater Festival (less than a two-hour drive).
