Both units have access to an outside grill, TV streaming apps, wireless hi-speed internet and central air conditioning. Unit #1 rents for $4,300* per week during the Chautauqua nine week season. Off season rental is available certain times of the year--rates are markedly less and available with a four night minimum stay. ($1,975*) The units share the ground level wrap around porch. Unit 1A has laundry facilities; Unit 1B does not.)
