Unit #1 (lower level and ground floor) sleeps 8.  The lower level has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen), one full bath, a large family room, and small eat-in kitchen (including dishwasher and major appliances).  The 1st floor has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) one full and one 1/2 bath, complete laundry facilities, a full kitchen, dining area, large family room with fireplace and a wrap-around porch with eating area.

Both units have access to an outside grill, TV streaming apps, wireless hi-speed internet and central air conditioning. Unit #1 rents for $4,300* per week during the Chautauqua nine week season. Off season rental is available certain times of the year--rates are markedly less and available with a four night minimum stay. (PLEASE NOTE: Although UNIT #1 is usually rented as a 4 bedroom unit, it can be divided into two separate rental units each with their own entrance: The ground level Unit 1A which is 2 BR (Q, Twin) 1 1/2 baths ($2,450*) and the lower level Unit 1B which is 2 BR (Q, Twin) 1 bath. ($1,975*) The units share the ground level wrap around porch. Unit 1A has laundry facilities; Unit 1B does not.
