In keeping with CDC guidelines http://cdc.gov and Chautauqua County travel restrictions https://chqgov.com during the pandemic all renters must adhere to the guidelines in place at the time of their arrival in the cottage.  Outside exercise, other activities entertainments are encouraged if social distancing guidelines are followed.  All renters and rental occupants should arrive in the cottage COVID-19 virus-free.

10 Judson Avenue is a vintage style Chautauqua cottage has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, sleeping six persons (1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom w/ bunk beds).  There are 1 1/2 baths:  full bathroom upstairs (double sinks and step-in shower with grab-bar but no tub) and 1/2 bathroom downstairs.  First floor includes living room, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped).  Central Air, W/D, phone (local calls only), cable TV, radio, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Wi-Fi access are provided. Guests will enjoy relaxing and taking meals on the wrap-around porch with the added convenience of 2-car parking on site.  Two short blocks walk to the Amphitheater.  There is a small flower / herb garden in the back yard.  Across the street is "Acorn Park" for all to enjoy.

Seasonal Weekly Rate:  $2,200 per week plus a 5% County occupancy tax, $150 housecleaning charge, a $300 refundable damage deposit pending inspection and a reservation/ administrative charge depending on length of stay planned.  

Multi-week rentals are discounted ($2,100 @ week with same additional costs as above).  

Off-Season Rental Rates:  $1,500 @ week with additional charges as enumerated above.
