Mayflower House or Reformed Church House

Mayflower House located in the heart of Chautauqua at 30 S. Terrace has 21 rooms, weekly rate of $220-$550/per room, regardless of occupancy.  There is a sink and ceiling fan in every room.  There are two full shared baths  on the second, third and fourth floors and two shared half baths on the first floor.

Reformed Church House 10 Pratt Ave. Across the street from Bestor Plaza has 10 rooms, weekly rate of $220-$410 per room, regardless of occupancy.  There is a sink  in every room. There is one full shared bath  each of the rooming floors (the second and third floor)  and a shared half bath on each of these floors.

Family-friendly atmosphere with newly renovated Community Kitchen and Dining Room in the Mayflower for self-prepared meals, now with air conditioning which service both houses. Wrap around porches, shared bath facilities with a sink in every room. Newly installed elevator in the Mayflower House.
