Our Garden level Condo near the bookstore and Café next to Bestor Plaza includes its own pathway to and from the Condo, as well as its own private patio. Spacious living area with a full-size couch/futon combo for your comforts or extra guests. The first of two bedrooms includes a queen bed with access to the bathroom. Ceiling fans in the main bedroom as well as built out closets. The second bedroom includes two twin beds with a full-size dresser and mini fan for your littles. Full size bathroom with shower and tub combo has tile floors to keep it cool and wooden floors throughout the rest of the unit. The kitchen includes a full range electric stove/oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, and utensils, and a butcher block island. Our patio includes a gas grill as well so bring your BBQ sauce and have some friends over! Towels and Linens are always provided except beach towels. We look forward to your stay at the Ashland.

As always a wonderful experience
This is the second time we've stayed at one Julie's and David's properties. A year ago at the Vera and this year in the Ashland. They are both welcoming and gracious hosts and the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean and maintained.
