Two efficiency rooms to choose from!

Great room and great location at The Vera
This was my second visit to CHQ. I stayed at The Vera this time in an efficiency with a window air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and most importantly a coffee pot! The property is very well kept and very comfortable. It was close to the amphitheater and to Bestor Plaza. Really an ideal location. Each floor has an accessible porch where we ate breakfast and other meals. Close enough to the amp that we were able to hear the rehearsals from our porch. Loved the location and would hope to stay there again!

Great room, great porch, great location!
This was my first time staying at the Vera. I had stayed at Julie’s other property, the Ashland, and found Julie’s hospitality so pleasant that I wanted to return to her property. My room had a door to the porch and I lived on that porch! reading, eating, listening to music from the Amp (only one block away!) socializing with other residents. The efficiency (microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc) made my stay even better. My particular room did not have an air conditioner, but the ceiling fan was more than adequate. The convenience of being two blocks from Bestor Plaza added to my enjoyment of CHQ this year. The Vera is a keeper in my book! Thank you, Julie, for making my stay so pleasant. :-)
