Our stay was perfect! 

A recent renovation retained the wonderful charm of original stained glass and oak cabinetry and woodwork throughout the house.  Lovely front porch plus a huge, lushly landscaped corner garden and terrace (the house is on a unique double lot); one parking space is available on site (included at no extra charge.)

On the first floor, there is a living room with sofa bed, gas fireplace and adjacent seasonal sunporch (with a twin brass bed), formal dining room with French doors to the rear terrace, a full bath with stall shower, and a large, classic arts and crafts kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher).   A unique original butler’s pantry cupboard divides the kitchen and dining room and opens from both sides.   The living room and sunporch can become a private bedroom simply by closing the pocket doors....

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: a primary bedroom suite with queen bed and private bath with tub/shower; a second charming bedroom with two twin beds (or king combined); and a third small bedroom with original oak woodwork, desk, and a twin trundle daybed.  Perfect also for a dedicated workspace! These latter two bedrooms share a large bath, with large stall shower and a washer dryer.  

On the third floor, the attic has been converted into a dramatic sitting/TV room with queen sofa bed and a full bath.  

Central air conditioning.  TV-Cable/DVD.  Wireless Internet. Gas Grill.  On Shuttle Bus route.  Two-minute walk to Bestor Plaza.   One block from the Main Gate.
