Throughly satisfied
We have been season-long renters for eight years and have been thoroughly satisfied with the apartment. It is most comfortable, well-equipped and everything has functioned flawlessly over that period. In addition, the landlord has been more than responsive to whatever needs we may have had. We would give it the highest rating.- Herbert H from Baltimore, MD, Posted: 08/23/2026Thank you for your kind words. It has been wonderful to host you over the years.

Clean and so welcome with the vase of flowers what a wonderful touch. Everything I would need in the kitchen to cook and bathroom was fully stocked.. Lovely balcony with table and chairs that I used everyday all different times of the day. Hope to go back next year it was a very relaxing area many small towns around the lake that I spent shopping and eating and easy to reach. Thanks for a great week!- Marcia K , Posted: 09/25/2018
There really is truth in advertising. This is a charming little efficiency, that is exactly as depicted.- Sharon S , Posted: 08/27/2018
Having used this condo efficiency for two summers, we were satisfied with the location on Bestor Plaza and the general atmosphere of St. Elmo's. What is not pictured is the lovely balcony deck out the back doors that is perfect for dining and reading. We enjoyed our stay each year. The owner is very accommodating.- Jacki V , Posted: 08/27/2018
This cosy studio condo is in a perfect location on the store plaza. The third-floor balcony is shaded by tall Naples and it’s a lovely spot to enjoy meals. The small kitchen was well-equipped and the unit was comfortable and quiet. I would be happy to return and would highly recommend this unit to others- Anne H , Posted: 08/25/2018
Very comfortable condo unit with an especially hospitable manager. We especially enjoyed the treetop balcony with comfy chairs. The Murphey bed allows extra room during the daytime. We were so happy to find an accommodation at CHQ that was not....”challenging.” Highly recommend.- Bennett and Wes C , Posted: 08/25/2018Thank you for your kind review. A note to future guests - the wall bed has been replaced with a queen bed, hotel quality mattress.
