This charming conveniently-located first floor apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Chautauqua.  The large private front porch has a wicker chaise and several rocking chairs for relaxing and visiting with friends and family and a large table for outdoor dining.  A large furnished patio with gas grill and herb garden add to your dining options.  The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, kitchen linens, pots and pans.  Appliances include a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.  There is a private laundry with full-size washer and dryer.  The living room has 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a fireplace, Smart TV, and shelves stocked with books and games.  WiFi is available.  Ask us for the password upon check-in.  The dining table can seat 6 to 8 and table linens, dishes and glassware are provided.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and two bedside tables as well as a large closet.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser.  Both bedrooms have window AC and ceiling fans.  All bed linens are provided.  The tiled bath has a tub shower and pedestal sink and plenty of bath towels.  The entire apartment is decorated with vintage cottage style inside and lovely gardens outside.  Look for a "bee" in every room!  Contact us at donnadeaner@gmail.com or 330-760-2148.
The apartment is available weekly during the 2025 season at a rate of $2100/week for one-week rental or $2000/week for multiple week rental (plus applicable tax).   The apartment is available off-season during June and early September at a nightly rate of $250 (plus applicable taxes).
