The 12' by 20' living room/dining room  has a large futon which converts to a comfortable double bed.  The living room as well as the master and front bedrooms are air conditioned.  The apartment has a separate office.  WiFi is available from any room in the building.  Eating space is your choice of the LR/DR which also has a cable TV, the eat-in kitchen or the front porch.  The kitchen is well equipped to serve all your cooking and serving needs.  The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and disposer.  The front porch spans 20 feet across the front of the building over looking life along Miller Ave.  It sports several comfortable outdoor chairs and a dining table.
