·      The well-equipped eat-in kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size gas stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, plenty of storage space, and A/C

·      The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, standing shower, & additional storage

·      The private porch face Miller Ave. and is appointed with an outdoor dining table, several comfortable chairs, and lighting for the evening.

·      Separate semi-private office area with a large desk and computer chair
