Description
The Lutheran House, located at 25 Peck on the Brick Walk, is a warm and welcoming community in the heart of Chautauqua Institution. Lutheran House facilities include:
· Thirteen guest rooms on the second and third floors and each room has a sink, ceiling fan and a window air conditioner.
· Three Full Bathrooms (some with shower/tub combination or walk-in showers) are located on each sleeping floor and the lower level and Three Half-Baths.
· A large, attractive dining room on the lower lever, which adjoins a guest-shared fully equipped kitchen.
· Shared kitchen facilities include dishes, flatware, two stoves, microwave ovens, cookware, and utensils, a gas grill just outside the kitchen door, ample storage space for dry and canned goods and 1⁄2 of a full- size refrigerator/freezer. Coffee and tea are provided every morning.
· A main floor open gathering space accommodates worship and conversation. Chautauqua events are shown on a large screen during bad weather
· Shaded conversation and reading porches on the first and second floors
· Wireless Internet access
· All linens are provided (Mid-week, on Wednesday morning, fresh, clean towels are provided and mirrors and sinks are cleaned.)
· Elevator
· An outdoor grill and herb garden outside the kitchen door for all to use.
Rooms are $400 - $600 per week for 1 - 4 people. Reservation for less than a week are accepted on a space available basis starting June 1 at $85 per night. Email: [email protected] any time.

Huge, convenient house.
Very welcoming. Large living room. The elevator was an added feature. We stayed here in 17 and 18. Rooms go fast. Attended serviced and a wonderful tea put on by a local Lutheran church.
