The historic Maranatha House is ideally located directly across from the amphitheater and just two blocks from Bestor Plaza.  Ours is a one-bedroom condo on the third floor, with views of the Amphitheater, the Methodist House, and the library, with a peek at Bestor Plaza and the lake.  It has two single beds in the bedroom, plus a living room that can sleep two more, either on the sofa bed or on inflatable mattresses that we keep in the house.  The living room is separated from the kitchen and dining area by pocket doors, so any guests of yours can have privacy.  The unit is fully renovated, with new appliances including air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso maker, refrigerator, shared washer/dryer, etc.  The best "room" in the house, though, is the front balcony, where you can look out on the goings-on and listen to whatever's playing in the Amphitheater...

During the Chautauqua Institute summer season, the unit rents for $1,500 per week (Saturday to Saturday), plus a $75.00 (5%) Chautauqua Occupancy Tax.  There is no separate cleaning fee.
