First floor: Bedroom with two Twin beds; Full Bath.
Second floor: Master with alcove and Queen bed, Bedroom with Queen bed: Full Bath.
Third Floor: Queen bed; two twin bed, a daybed and futons.
Air-conditioning units in all bedrooms.
Full baths on First and Second floors.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker; Gas /Charcoal grill.
Basement:
Washer and dryer in basement, along with multiple bicycles, toys. Many fans available.
Right of First Refusal
Rental policy allows the right of first refusal for the subsequent Season. Renters have the right to reserve the following Season's corresponding week which expires following the return of the Security Deposit. Availability for next Season occurs typically a week from the conclusion of the intended week.
