Shared laundry and gas grill. Porch with wicker furniture. We provide reserved parking space 2 blocks nearby.
Meg and I want you to be able to just unpack, relax, and enjoy a great Chautauqua vacation, so we have furnished the house with all bedding, quality linens & towels, cookware, dishes, and silverware that you'll need. The house is kept immaculate by our long-time helpers.

Our stay at 37 Foster was very relaxing and enjoyable. The property is very neat and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everyday items needed for meal prep. Lyle and Meg are very friendly, attentive and welcoming and are able to give knowledgeable advice and information about Chautauqua. Our stay at Lyle and Meg's accommodations was very comfortable, restful and relaxing. The home is cozy with charm, also being extremely neat and clean. Lyle is present on the property and readily available for his quests needs. The location is ideal as it is center to all the major events. Lyle and Meg are very familiar with Chautaugua and the surrounding areas and made sure we felt very welcomed. We have stayed in this wonderful cottage for over 20+ years. Four bedrooms are ideal for immediate and extended family. Lyle is especially accommodating to every question and respond quickly to any concerns. You are in a home away from home. The kitchen is modern and spacious with outdoor grill. Washer / dryer is modern and accessible. Parking is convenient and amphitheater, programming and the lake are within blocks. Bikes provided. Even the neighbors are great. We stay in our "home away from home" every year from one to several months. We love the well decorated and maintained, comfortable and convenient environment .
