This second floor apartment is a two story unit and very spacious; 1735 sq ft of living space.  It has two bedrooms, one king and one queen, and one full bath on the living room/dining room level.  The upstairs has two bedrooms; one with twin beds, the other with a king bed with an ensuite half bath and it's own balcony. All new mattresses for the 2021 season. There is another full bathroom with tub/shower combo on this floor.  It has central air, Wi-Fi, cable TV, Microwave, garbage disposal, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board. The apartment has central A/C, two balcony porches; one covered.  Apartment is our personal apartment is well stocked with cooking/baking utensils, plus it has antique lamps, furniture and glassware.  On bus routes, steps away from Bestor Plaza, Post Office, book store, and amphitheater. Fully equipped with linens and towels.
