ENCHANTING VICTORIAN ON A WOODED RAVINE, CENTRALLY LOCATED

Nestled on a quiet street overlooking a wooded ravine, this enchanting Victorian home is centrally located between Children’s School and the Amphitheater. It is an easy stroll to the Lake, the Bell Tower, and Bestor Plaza. An ample front porch and front garden stone table create a distinctive place for gathering with friends and family. An upstairs porch provides a treehouse-like retreat. It’s the perfect homebase for families, couples, and groups of friends. 

12 Scott is a mix of old-world charm and modern conveniences (high speed wifi, central air-conditioning/heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.) On the first floor, there is a living room, sitting room, bedroom (two twin beds), fully equipped kitchen, full bath, and laundry room. There is a gas BBQ outside the kitchen back door. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with its own full bath, a queen bedroom, a single twin bedroom, a built-in bunk bedroom, and another full bath. Multi-week rentals include housekeeping once a week. 

During the Chautauqua Season, 12 Scott can be rented on a weekly basis offering a comfortable sanctuary from the activities of the campus.  Spring and Fall are also magical in Chautauqua.  We offer pre and post Season minimum 2 night stays as well as a discounted weekly rate.
