Bluebelle is a house divided into three apartments!  In the historic section of Chautauqua Institution, 2 1/2 blocks from the Amphitheater and the lake, 1 block from Bestor Plaza and Miller Park. Each unit is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a disposal and dishwasher, private washer/dryer, all linens, towels, new ductless mini split air conditioning, streaming service TV, and Wi-Fi. 

Garden Level:  Updated in 2022!  Not your typical Garden Level unit with two walk-out doors and two patios! Walk along the right side of the house, down garden steps, to a side patio adjacent to Miller Cottage Garden to enter your Chautauqua home; or continue to the second entrance from the covered patio off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king, and the 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds.  Furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen that also includes a dishwasher and disposal.  All linens, towels, private washer/dryer, air conditioning mini split, streaming service TV, and Wi-Fi included.  Sorry no pets.
