The Garden unit has a master with king size bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with an additional bathroom to share. The covered, rear patio is yours to enjoy with a grill. This unit sleeps a maximum of six, children are included in the count. We are firm about no pets/smoking in or around the unit for the benefit of all our guests. The unit is located in the basement of the house with a stairwell and is complete with many amenities. -3 bedrooms -King suite with ensuite bathroom -Queen bedroom -bedroom with 2 extra long twins -2 Bathrooms -Rear patio w/ awning and grill -Washer/dryer combination -Family room -Eat-in kitchen w/ dishwasher and microwave. 

We do not allow pets/animals or smoking in or around any of the units.

This unit is on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution.  Each person will need to purchase a gate ticket for the length of stay during the Chautauqua Season and any vehicles will need to be parked off-site.
