Just up the hill from Boys & Girls Club, Tennis, Basketball, and Sailing Center; 1 block walk to Overlook Tram and Children's School Bus stop, wonderful wildflower garden wraps the home.

Q: Why are there two Wi-Fi networks?- Staff S. Posted: 02/06/2024A:We have Kinetic fiber internet (of course, with Wi-Fi.) ...The fiber is new in 2025.
So, we are keeping the Spectrum cable internet till we know how reliable the fiber is. Still deciding what to do for 2026.

Q: How far is the walk to the Hall of Philosophy or to the Amphitheater?- Staff S. Posted: 08/21/2024A:The walk from our Aspen-Breese home to the Hall of Philosophy is 6 minutes, which is the same time to walk from Hall of Philosophy to the Colonnade.
Likewise, the walk from our Aspen-Breese home to the Amphitheater is 10 minutes, which is the same time to walk from the Children's school to the Amphitheater.
