Description
Cool breezes rustle the aspen trees surrounding this 4-bedroom, 2 full baths home, plus an additional private spacious 5th bedroom (over garage annex). Vaulted ceiling room, two porches, and solar room for gathering. Sleeps 10. Overlook district. Perfect for one or two families; or 4 couples.
 
Fully furnished inside and out. Full kitchen, two decks: one is a covered sun porch for eating, the second is a large outdoor front deck for gathering, great room layout with living room, dining room, sunroom, Wi-Fi, washer dryer, heat, AC on main floor, two parking spaces. Just up the hill from Boys & Girls Club, Tennis, Basketball, and Sailing Center; 1 block walk to Overlook Tram and Children's School Bus stop, wonderful wildflower garden wraps the home. 

The Chautauqua campus is skewed North.  So much so, that the distance from Aspen-Breese home to the Amphitheater is the same 10 minutes walk from the Children's school to the Amphitheater.  

We do not need for ourselves the days prior to Weeks 1. Therefore, for a Week 1 rental, please be at liberty to ask to arrive early (prior to Week 1).  Likewise, we do not need for ourselves the days after Week 9.  Therefore, for a week 9 rental, please be at liberty to ask to stay on a bit after end of Week 9.  I tried to indicate the times are available in the booking process.  We are not charging for those extra couple days.

For the Eclipse on the 8th of April 2024, we are renting rooms (and sharing kitchen) with soon to be new friends.  We are planning to make the 2 bedrooms up stairs available for have 3 bedrooms for 2 people each.

Bed Sizes: Main floor has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with Twin bed and a master bedroom with Queen bed. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (both Queen). Annex (over garage) has a Queen bed, a bunk bed (lower is Full), and a Twin bed.
