This spacious three-bedroom apartment is in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy. Its porch is the "crown jewel" of the Collingwood. 

This large, top-floor apartment sleeps up to seven people. Booking this apartment grants you access to the entire second floor of the Collingwood, one flight up above the street with lovely views of Smith Wilkes Park. The large, private porch has two eating tables and chairs as well as wicker furniture (love seat, rocker, and two sitting chairs).

The living room has a large antique couch, a loveseat, and antique side tables and coffee table. There is heating and AC. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower unit. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and its bathroom has tub/shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom (called “Ye Olde Messy Room” by its former child inhabitants) has two twin beds. There is a cot available to sleep one extra person. 

The kitchen has a maple dining room set, adorable vintage hutch, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and multiple appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven). There is plenty of counter space if you like to cook.

This apartment is a favorite of many returning families. Wi-Fi is included. Outside, there is a Weber gas grill and bike rack. A Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with the rental.
