This spacious and welcoming two-bedroom apartment is in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy.
Apartment 5 sleeps four people and is on the ground level of the Collingwood with a private brick patio and awning. The patio area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as wicker furniture. The living room and dining area has a loveseat (pullout couch), recliner, and dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, gas stove, and all the basic appliances. There is a window AC unit in the main room. Because this apartment is built into the hill, it stays cool on hot days.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have wall sinks and built-in closets. All rooms have full-size windows and ceiling fans. This apartment has access to a shared laundry room. Wi-Fi is included. A Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with the rental. Apartment 5 is a favorite for people who enjoy cooking, entertaining, and a spacious patio for enjoying the breeze off the lake with a book.
House rules: No parties. No dogs on beds or furniture. No smoking. Quiet hours: 10:30pm-8am.
Dogs are allowed for a $75 cleaning fee. Guests must inform upon booking if they wish to bring their dog.

Charming, Comfortable, Convenient
We loved this charming apartment in an ideal location near the lake, Amp and Hall of Philosophy. It was comfortable and we especially enjoyed quiet time on the porch saying hello to the occasional passers-by. We booked immediately for next season.
