This lovely studio apartment is in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy.
This apartment is on the first (ground) floor with a large porch area. The combined living/bedroom area sleeps two, and has a closet, dry sink, and Queen Anne chair. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove/oven, table and chairs, microwave, undercounter refrigerator, mini freezer, pantry, coffee pot, and toaster. The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, large standing shower, and additional storage.
The porch area has two rocking chairs, a wooden dinging table, and chairs. There is heating and AC. This apartment is the favorite of many who enjoy its antique charm and easy access. Wi-Fi is included, and laundry is available on the premises.
Outside, there is a Weber gas grill and bike rack. A shared laundry is available. A Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with the rental.
House rules: No parties. No dogs on beds or furniture. No smoking. Quiet hours: 10:30pm-8am.
Dogs are allowed for a $50 cleaning fee. Guests must inform upon booking if they wish to bring their dog.
