Well-appointed, modern, quiet 1-bedroom condo just steps from the Amp

The historic Longfellow Condominium Building is located in the heart of Chautauqua Institution on Roberts Ave, steps from the Brick Walk Café, the Amphitheater, Bestor Plaza, and the Library. Unit #3B is on the 3rd floor with no disturbances from adjoining units or above. Occupants enjoy fresh air, sunlight, cool breezes, and full air-conditioning. Guests enjoy a full kitchen with a full stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a small air fryer.  A queen bed plus a single fold-out couch sleeps three.

 WiFi is available throughout the building; renters may use their own streaming devices or use the provided guest Roku device. We share the entrance lobby, upper and lower porches, and a coin laundry. Various taxes total 13%. Pets are not permitted.

Week 9 is automatically extended for an additional four days after the end of the season, which allows guests to park on the grounds and visit local attractions. The National Comedy Museum, Kinzu Dam, and the Lucille Ball Museum are all close by; The Shaw Theater Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake is close enough to visit, see a play, have dinner, and return easily all in a day.
