Welcome to 22 Woolsey! The main house provides plenty of room for larger families to enjoy together time at Chautauqua Institution, surrounded by a park-like area near the Carnahan Jackson Dance Studios, the Art Quad, and Tennis Courts!

This lovely modern home features newer amenities to make your stay feel like you're in your home away from home. The kitchen has all you'll need for the cook of the family with plenty of seating in the adjacent dining room. Enjoy the front porch for morning coffee or gathering for conversation after a busy Chautauqua day. For those warmer summer days, head in and relax in the central AC.

If anyone needs a quiet space or a way to avoid the stairs, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find an additional 4 bedrooms, one of which doubles as an office space with plenty of sleeping room on the Queen Murphy bed! In the remaining bedrooms upstairs, one has a King bed, one has two Twins, while the other features two sets of bunk beds. There are also two full bathrooms on the 2nd level.

An added bonus for this property is on-site parking for one vehicle*. 22 Woolsey is a great spot to enjoy a special Chautauqua experience with family and friends!

*Please note in order to use the on-site parking space, a parking pass must be purchased from Chautauqua Institution's ticketing office.
