This quiet and restful two-bedroom apartment is in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy.
Apartment 6 is at ground level and has a private patio with awning and garden area. This apartment is a favorite for families or couples who enjoy a refuge away from the street, and the privacy of a ground-floor patio under the large trees.
The master bedroom contains a queen bed, dressers, wall sink, and nightstands. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, a wall sink, and built-in closets. The open plan living/kitchen area is equipped with birch cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, four-burner gas stove, comfortable leather chairs, and dining table and chairs. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as a window AC unit in the kitchen/dining area. Wi-Fi is included, and the apartment has access to a shared washer/dryer. Outside, there is a gas grill and bike rack. This apartment is pet friendly.
House rules: No parties. No dogs on beds or furniture. No smoking. Quiet hours: 10:30pm-8am.
Dogs are allowed for a $75 cleaning fee. Guests must inform upon booking if they wish to bring their dog.

Good location, lovely host!
We enjoyed being so near the center of happenings at CHQ. The unit had everything we needed. We appreciated the large retractable awning outside since it rained many days that we were here.
