Apartment 3 sleeps two and is located on the first (ground) floor. The private porch has a dining table and chairs, two wicker sitting chairs, and an end table. The bedroom has two twin beds and built-in closets with drawers and shelves. The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower with grab bar, and stackable washer/dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with birch wood cupboards, dining table and chairs, a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and two antique sitting chairs, and a bookcase. Wi-Fi is included, and the apartment has heating and AC. This apartment is a favorite for many couples or friend pairs who enjoy cooking and porch time. This apartment is pet friendly.
Outside, there is a Weber gas grill and bike rack. Laundry is available on the property. A Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with the rental.
House rules: No parties. No dogs on beds or furniture. No smoking. Quiet hours: 10:30pm-8am.
Dogs are allowed for a $50 cleaning fee. Guests must inform upon booking if they wish to bring their dog.

wonderful 'home' for a week
The apt is perfectly located, first floor on corner. House is a few blocks from the Amphitheater so easy walk but no disturbance from noise/music/speakers, etc. Apt is small--just fine for 2 of us. Kitchen is reasonable size, easy to sit and cook and eat--clean, very good stove, frig, dishes, silverware and more. Single bedroom fine, enough space with closets set into wall area. Interesting experience is getting from kitchen to bedroom...via bathroom/shower room! (like a tunnel). Lots of fun. also has washer/dryer in bathroom/shower room.
