Our house is a 4 BR and 4 BA modern house on the north side of the Institution. Vaulted Wood Beam Ceilings in the Family Room, Gourmet Kitchen, Stainless Appliances, Leather Furniture, Linens, A/C, Cable TV, Wifi, W/D's, Bikes, Decks, Gas Grill, Outside parking for 2 cars, Cleaning weekly.                                                   

BEDROOM 1: 1st floor: 2 Twin Beds and a full Bathroom (shower)              

BEDROOM 2: 2nd floor: Queen Bed and full Bathroom (shower & tub)        

BEDROOM 3: Lower Ground Level: Queen Bed and full Bathroom(shower)

BEDROOM 4: Lower Ground Level: 2 Twin Beds and full Bathroom (shower) 

Our house is perfect for couples, multi-generational families, families and friends. North Side of Institute, Chautauqua path from Elm Ave. to house. Also, close to the Chautauqua path from Stoessel to Hansen to Turner Center.
