Welcome to our lovely renovated home in Chautauqua, on a quiet street in central Chautauqua. We are located at 49 Peck Avenue, with just about anything at Chautauqua within a few minutes’ walk.   It’s a lovely location and I’m sure that you would enjoy the cottage and our friendly neighbors.  We have a few heirloom pieces, but just about everything is brand new – couches, mattresses, furnishings, etc.
Built circa 1912, the cottage (fully renovated inside and out during 2019) is in the central historic district of Chautauqua. The front of the house has two pretty porches with wicker furniture- perfect for book reading, snoozing, or entertaining.  There are 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, and 2 Twins) with 2.5 baths (brand new - one tub/one shower, and a ½ bath).  The house has been lovingly renovated – we restored the beautiful wooden floors, yet also has all the modern amenities, such as a large, modern kitchen with granite countertops, and beautiful new bathrooms.  We also have driveway parking next to the house (one car parking pass included with rent)central air-conditioning/heat, WiFi, cable TV, propane grill, Washer/Dryer, etc.   We have called our little cottage home and it is stocked with just about anything you can imagine.  
Entering the house from the porch, you will walk into a family room with new couch, new chairs, TV, then into the main great room (27 feet x 15 feet) with large gourmet kitchen, island, dining area and yes even a couch.  Why not have a couch in the kitchen?  It’s a bright, cheery room with original (restored) 120+ year old wood floors, as well as a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a full size (ultra-quiet) dishwasher, stove/convection oven, microwave, a large refrigerator, plenty of pantry space, and a dining table.  This is our home and you will have access to just about any kitchen item you can think of.  A guest bath and new laundry center is located off the great room.  
All of the bedrooms are on the second floor with an additional bathroom.  The master bedroom (Queen) has a beautiful private porch overlooking the front of the house.  The second bedroom in the rear of the house has a queen bed.  The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser – plenty of room for your stuff.   The house can very comfortably accommodate a party of (family/friends/3 couples) of 6.
There is a private patio behind the house, with a grill, a garden table for 4-6, and an area for bikes, wet bathing suits, etc.  A large driveway is on the left side of the house.
This is the first time that the house will be rented since it was completely renovated this year.
The house is equipped with bed linens, towels, and a completely equipped kitchen (coffee maker – check, crock pot – check).  Deeded parking for 2 cars, rental includes 1 space.  If you require parking for a 2nd car please purchase from Institution.
Gate passes not included.
